1. Information We Collect

We have built the App to operate with maximum privacy. We do not require account registration, and we do not collect or store your personal information on our servers.

The only data associated with your use of the App is:

• Trip Data: Itineraries and travel plans generated through the App, including destinations, dates, and activities.

This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. Data Stored Locally

All trip data generated by your use of the App is stored strictly on your local device ("On-Device Storage"). Because this data is not stored on our servers, we cannot recover it if you delete the App or lose your device.

You remain the sole controller of the data residing on your device.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services to provide its core functionality:

• OpenAI: We use OpenAI's services to generate personalized travel itineraries. When you request an itinerary, your destination and travel preferences are sent to OpenAI for processing. Please refer to OpenAI's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle data.

• Google Maps: We use Google Maps to retrieve photos of destinations and points of interest. Location names are sent to Google to fetch relevant images. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle data.

We do not control how these third-party services process data and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

4. Payments and Financial Information

The App offers free curated itineraries and paid custom-generated itineraries. We do not process or store your financial information. All transactions are handled securely by:

Apple App Store (for iOS users)

Google Play Store (for Android users)

Please refer to Apple and Google's respective privacy policies regarding how they handle your payment data.

5. Device Permissions

The App does not require any special device permissions to function. We do not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or other device features.

6. Analytics and Tracking

We do not use analytics tools or tracking technologies. We do not track your usage of the App, and we do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising purposes.

7. International Compliance

We are committed to complying with applicable privacy laws worldwide, including:

• POPIA (South Africa): Since we do not collect personal information, we do not act as a "Responsible Party" under the Act.

• GDPR (European Union): We minimize data collection and do not process personal data on our servers. Data sent to third-party services is limited to what is necessary to provide the App's functionality.

• CCPA (California): We do not sell your personal information. Since we do not collect personal information, there is no data to access, delete, or opt out of.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
